The Hole-in-One collar does not replace the regular skirt collar band. A Black Regular Skirt Collar Band, item # 8831-021, is required to secure the silicone skirt tabs into the groove around the Hole-in-One collar.

How to Use
Before starting, make sure you have a Black Regular Skirt Collar Band, item # 8831-021. This regular collar band is required to hold the silicone skirt tabs in place on the Hole-in-One collar.
Install your custom created skirt tab combination using our large inventory of skirt tabs and skirt construction tool.
Grip the collar, not the strands
Insert the hook point through the center hole
Slide collar up to the jig head keeper
Adjust strands as needed
To change colors, simply remove and replace.
Detailed Assembly Instructions
1. Place the Black Regular Skirt Collar Band, item # 8831-021, onto the skirt construction tool and position it slightly above the pointed removable piece, similar to using a wacky rig tool.
2. Place your desired amount and color combination of silicone skirt tabs onto the hook of the tool.
3. Retract the skirt tabs into the tool.
4. Turn the tool upward and adjust the strands hanging out of the end of the tube into the positions you desire.
5. Insert the small end of the Hole-in-One collar slightly into the opening of the tool.
6. Roll the Black Regular Skirt Collar Band, item # 8831-021, off the tool and into the groove around the Hole-in-One collar. This step secures the skirt tabs to the Hole-in-One collar.
7. Remove the skirt tabs from the tool.
8. Trim off the solid ends of the silicone skirt tabs for a longer skirt, or cut the strands shorter on the large end of the Hole-in-One collar for a buzz cut design.
9. Install the banded skirt collar onto the jighead
To change colors, simply remove and replace the skirt assembly.
