SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. By placing an order with LunkrBytes, LLC (“LunkrBytes”), you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
LunkrBytes currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, and P.O. Boxes where supported by the selected carrier.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within one (1) business day based on the following schedule:
a. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 10:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
b. Orders placed Friday before 10:00 PM Eastern Time may be shipped on Saturday if shipped via USPS and if operational conditions allow.
c. Orders placed after 10:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
d. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
e. LunkrBytes may, at its sole discretion, process and ship orders on Saturdays if the selected carrier is available and operational conditions allow, but Saturday processing is not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES
Shipping options and estimated transit times are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both processing time and carrier transit time.
Current shipping options include:
a. Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days transit.
b. UPS 2-Day Air: Estimated 2 business days transit.
c. USPS Priority Express: Estimated 1 to 2 business days transit.
All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING CARRIER SELECTION
For standard shipping, LunkrBytes reserves the right to select the most cost-effective shipping carrier and service using available shipping platforms.
The selected carrier may vary based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and current rates.
LunkrBytes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the selected shipping method with a comparable carrier or service level when necessary to complete delivery due to operational constraints, carrier limitations, or service availability.
Selection of a shipping method at checkout does not guarantee fulfillment using that specific carrier.
5. FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders of $59.99 or more.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to expedited services.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and selected shipping method, as displayed at checkout.
All shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the error is solely attributable to LunkrBytes.
Shipping charges are not subject to refund due to carrier substitution or delivery delays outside the control of LunkrBytes.
7. RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is tendered to the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, LunkrBytes is not responsible for:
a. shipping delays;
b. transit interruptions;
c. lost packages;
d. misdelivery by the carrier;
e. theft after delivery;
f. tracking errors;
g. carrier-related damage.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring secure delivery conditions at the shipping address.
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
a. The customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim where applicable and follow all carrier procedures.
b. Some shipping services may include limited insurance coverage (typically up to $100). Coverage, eligibility, and claim approval are determined solely by the carrier and vary by service level.
c. LunkrBytes is not the insurer of any shipment and is not responsible for carrier-related loss, theft, damage, delay, or claim denial.
d. LunkrBytes may, at its sole discretion, assist with providing documentation or information for a claim; however, the customer is responsible for filing the claim, cooperating with the carrier, and providing any required evidence.
e. LunkrBytes does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or resolution of any carrier-related claim.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, LunkrBytes considers the order fulfilled. Any claims of loss or theft after confirmed delivery, including but not limited to porch theft or misplacement after delivery, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be addressed with the carrier.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current shipping information at checkout, including all required details such as street address, unit or apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code.
LunkrBytes is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that are incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or entered improperly by the customer.
If an order is returned to LunkrBytes due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
a. The customer may request reshipment at their expense; or
b. A refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and a processing fee of 3% plus $0.30 per transaction.
If an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, LunkrBytes considers the order fulfilled. LunkrBytes is not responsible for delivery errors, loss, or theft resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information entered at checkout.
10. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to LunkrBytes as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed:
a. The customer may request reshipment at their expense; or
b. A refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and applicable processing fees (3% + $0.30 per transaction).
11. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are based on carrier-provided transit times combined with processing time.
Delays may occur due to:
a. weather conditions;
b. carrier delays;
c. high shipping volume;
d. holidays;
e. service disruptions;
f. events beyond LunkrBytes’ control.
LunkrBytes does not guarantee delivery dates.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or contractual obligation.
12. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
LunkrBytes may ship to P.O. Boxes where supported by the selected carrier. Some expedited services may not be available for P.O. Box delivery.
13. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom or made-to-order items are not processed through standard checkout shipping timelines.
Customers must contact LunkrBytes at support@lunkrbytes.com to arrange production timeframes, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
14. MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)
LunkrBytes ships to U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Due to carrier limitations, certain shipping methods may not be available for these destinations.
While multiple shipping options may be displayed at checkout, LunkrBytes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the selected shipping method with a compatible carrier, including USPS, in order to complete delivery.
Shipping rates to military addresses are calculated using the same pricing structure as domestic U.S. shipping.
Transit times to military addresses are estimates only and may be significantly longer than standard domestic delivery times due to military mail handling procedures.
LunkrBytes does not guarantee delivery timeframes for military shipments and is not responsible for delays once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier
Any such substitution does not constitute a change in the shipping agreement and does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges, provided the substituted method is reasonably comparable.
15. CUMULATIVE TERMS
This Shipping Policy must be read together with the Terms of Service, Risk, Safety & Legal Disclaimer, Return & Satisfaction Policy, and Privacy Policy.
All provisions regarding limitation of liability, assumption of risk, dispute resolution, and remedies apply to shipping-related matters.
