The willowleaf is the long, narrow blade in the spinner family. It spins tight and fast against the shaft, throwing hard, rapid flash with very little drag or lift — so it runs true at speed and stays down where you put it. That makes it the blade of choice for clear water, pressured fish, and burning a spinnerbait past cover, where a bulkier blade would blow out or ride up.

This one is stamped from polished brass in a smooth gold finish — the warmer, softer flash that comes into its own in stained water, over a mud or clay bottom, and under low light, where silver can look harsh. Build spinnerbaits, inline spinners, spinner rigs and Carolina rigs, or swap a tired blade off a store-bought bait.
