The LB-2209 is a 3/8 oz Arky jig head painted in Green Pumpkin (Pro-Tec #64) and assembled in the USA exclusively for LunkrBytes by a small American craftsman. Every head is poured, painted with a chip-resistant Pro-Tec finish, fitted with a Mustad 4/0 black nickel hook and a light clear fiber weedguard, then inspected before packaging. Slide any replacement bass jig skirt straight onto the collar — or hand-tie your own skirt directly to the collar for a more secure hold than a standard banded skirt.

Color: Green Pumpkin — Pro-Tec #64

Green pumpkin is the universal bass color — it works somewhere on every lake on every day of the year. The subtle green-brown tone mimics juvenile crawfish, soft-shelled crayfish, and small bluegill simultaneously. First choice in clear to lightly stained water when fish are being selective.

The flat, angled head design creates a horizontal, side-sliding fall that triggers reaction strikes from bass positioned at any depth in cover. The same head skips easily under docks and swims like a swim jig — the most versatile style in the lineup.

Best For / Avoid

Technique

Master the skip cast for docks. On pitches, keep slack out and watch the line on the fall — most strikes happen on the descent. The flat arky head also swims effectively at a slow, steady retrieve along the bottom.

Weedguard: Light — 18-Strand Clear

The lightest and least visible guard in the lineup. Virtually disappears in clear water. Ideal for finesse presentations where gear visibility is a factor.

3-3.5" chunk or craw (Zoom Chunk, NetBait Paca Craw). For pitching presentations, a craw with active claws adds the triggering movement on a slack line fall.

Clear water: trim to 80% of original length for a compact, natural profile. Stained water: leave full length for maximum water movement and vibration. Always use sharp scissors in one clean motion across all strands — never pull individual strands.
